- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, oat or dairy)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts or pecans)
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut (toasted, if you like)
- 2 tbsp Rype freeze-dried strawberries, lightly crushed
Serving Tip
