Strawberry Crunch Chia Pudding

A creamy chia pudding topped with crunchy nuts, coconut, and Rype freeze-dried strawberries.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, oat or dairy)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts or pecans)
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut (toasted, if you like)
  • 2 tbsp Rype freeze-dried strawberries, lightly crushed

Instructions

  • In a bowl or jar, mix the chia seeds, milk, maple syrup/honey and vanilla until well combined.
  • Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumps.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, until thick and creamy.
  • Stir well before serving.
  • Top with nuts, shredded coconut and Rype freeze-dried strawberries for crunch and natural sweetness.

Serving Tip

Enjoy chilled for breakfast, a snack or a light dessert. Add toppings just before eating to keep them perfectly crisp. 🍓🥥
